You may cancel your laboratory software subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your license remains active until the end of the current annual billing cycle, after which it will not renew.
Since we provision immediate database access and cloud credits, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for initial subscription purchases. Refund requests submitted after 7 days from purchase are not eligible for refunds.
To request a refund under the 7-day period, please email support@pathologyworkspace.com with your transaction order ID. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 5-7 working days.
